The wedding process

Lunch with the ladies from the bridal party

Nail Time
It's been a few years since we got ready for our own wedding...35 years to be exact. I can't remember that our wedding took very much preparation but perhaps I have forgotten. I can remember washing my hair and rolling it in those large brush rollers the night before the wedding. That was it. Today I had the awesome opportunity to go with the bridal party to get their nails down and check on having our makeup down for the wedding the next day. I felt a little bit like Esther in the Bible who spent days getting ready for her presentation before the king. How special to be a part of this preparation for our son's wedding tomorrow.
