Team work...working together, sharing the work and play, picking up where another leaves off and passing to another when feeling trapped... We often associate team work with athletic teams but much can be applied to teams working together in another country. I would like to acknowledge one very great team working at a university in the middle of China.
The Wise words tell us that "we are the body of Him and each one of us has a part in it. God has arranged the parts in the body, every one of them, just as he wanted them to be. If they were all one part, where would the body be? As it is, there are many parts, but one body. There should be no division in the body but that its part should have equal concern for each other."
Team work is not easy. But, team work is not only efficient it is clearly the best way so that "there should be no division in he body but that its parts should have equal concern for each other." Those are the characteristics that make a strong team. Applauding the team, I admire each member who graciously considers the needs of the other.
