God works in Mysterious Ways

To describe God's leading in our lives can often be difficult to explain. At others times, we almost hear Him "shout" His plan. Sometimes there is a lot of silence between the "shouts."

Classmate, Ronna

I am enrolled in the MBA program at USF. Sometimes I have wondered why. But I enjoy the process of learning and I keep searching for ways to expand my outreach to others. One of the classmates in my MBA program is a wonderful young lady I met in one of my undergrad courses. She and I were assigned to a couple of small group projects where we worked together. We talked about family, friends, goals, etc. She mentioned to me that her sister was looking for a job as a lawyer. I casually mentioned that her sister should call my husband just to visit with him about opportunities he might be aware of in the area of law that she was interested in pursing. I asked my classmate to send me an email with her sister name and then I would return the office information so she could call for an appointment.

In the meantime, my husband and I began to visit about this opportunity seeing that the interest area of my classmate's sister were in-line with my husband's law practice. To make a long story short, after interviewing both my husband and I felt that this was something we should do. It was not something we had pursued but it seemed like the right time to expand our business. After talking to our new associate and her husband tonight, they mentioned that they had been praying for an opportunity like this for several years. So we marvel at the leading of God in our lives and recognize how important it is for us to tuned to His voice.
